Shipping Policy

To be able to have a fully functional luxury metal card you'll need to ship us your existing plastic card.

Send us your plastic card and we will notify you once we received it. We highly recommend sending this Express so you can always track it online and avoid any delays. Once received we will begin the production of your new custom luxury metal card and it will be ready for postage within 2-4 business days. We will send both your cards new and old back to you.

Note: We recommend sending your plastic card to us through a reputable company (like DHL, FedEx, UPS etc.) with a tracking code for your peace of mind.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the customized nature of your new luxury metal card and the irreversible process of transferring information to your new metal card, all sales are final and no refunds or returns are possible.
 

Damages and issues
We check each order carefully and make sure that there are no damages or issues. If you still think there is an error in any details of your order, you can contact us at 24metalcard@gmail.com. We will try and rectify the issue, however if the customizable process has already begun or is completed, a fee may be charged if you still wish to change the design.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

The product, being personalised and containing digital elements, can only be returned if it has manufacturing defects in accordance with the provisions of GEO 34/2014 on consumer rights in contracts with professionals and of GEO 140/2021 on certain aspects of contracts for the sale of goods.
